On receiving the email I will send a reply notifying you that I have gotten the email and am reviewing the original and alleged infringing work. In the review proses the alleged infringing work would be temporarily taken down.
If I find that I had indeed infringed on your copyright I would take the infringing material down permanently and send you an apology through mail, email and post a public apology on the blog.
If I find that the alleged infringing work is not infringing, after confirming you contact information I will send a counter notification with with my contact information as well as instant massaging contact information for purposes of further discussion of the issue. The alleged infringing work would be placed back up on the blog.
If I find that you sent an infringement notification knowing that the alleged infringing work was not infringing on your copyright I will take legal action. And I remind you that declared under penalty of perjury which is a felony.

Copyright is a form of intellectual property which gives the creator of an original work ownership of said work and all rights to its publication, distribution and adaptation. You do not have to register a copyright to own the copyright of a work, if you have produced a work you own the copyright to that work.
•Fair Use
Fair use is a part of the U.S. copyright code (title 17 § 107) that permits use of copyrighted material for purposes of criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use sets fore factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular work falls under fair use.
